Multiplexed with MA 32 from Petersham to Barre.
Cosigned with US 202 in New Salem.
Cosigned with MA 140 in Grafton.
Very brief multiplex with MA 16 in Uxbridge.

In 1930, ran much as it does now east of Barre. Extended to Orange between 1939 and 1942.
